At Promoter Club (promoterclub.in), we are committed to providing a seamless and satisfactory experience for both event organizers and attendees. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations are processed.
If an event is cancelled by the organizer, ticket buyers will be refunded the ticket amount minus payment gateway fees and Promoter Club service fees within 3 days of the cancellation announcement.
The following fees are non-refundable:
Both payment gateway fees and Promoter Club service fees are deducted from the original ticket price before the refund is processed. These fees cover the cost of payment processing and platform services.
Refunds are typically processed within 3-7 business days after the refund request is approved. However, the exact timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
If a ticket sale that generated an affiliate commission is later cancelled or refunded, Promoter Club reserves the right to reverse the commission payment. Affiliates will be notified of any commission reversals.
