1. Ticket Refunds

1.1 Event Organizer-Initiated Cancellations

If an event is cancelled by the organizer, ticket buyers will be refunded the ticket amount minus payment gateway fees and Promoter Club service fees within 3 days of the cancellation announcement.

2. Non-Refundable Fees

The following fees are non-refundable:

  • Payment gateway fees: Fees charged by the payment processor for the original transaction.
  • Promoter Club service fees: Fees charged by Promoter Club for providing the platform and related services.

3. Refund Process

3.1 User-Initiated Refunds

  • If you wish to cancel your tickets and apply for a refund (subject to event policy), please contact us at support@promoterclub.in.

3.2 Event Organizer-Initiated Cancellations

  • Promoter Club will notify ticket buyers via email of the event cancellation.
  • Refunds will be processed automatically to the original payment method within 3 days of the cancellation announcement.

4. Payment Gateway and Promoter Club Service Fees

Both payment gateway fees and Promoter Club service fees are deducted from the original ticket price before the refund is processed. These fees cover the cost of payment processing and platform services.

5. Refund Timeline

Refunds are typically processed within 3-7 business days after the refund request is approved. However, the exact timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Affiliate Commissions

6.1 Commission Reversal

If a ticket sale that generated an affiliate commission is later cancelled or refunded, Promoter Club reserves the right to reverse the commission payment. Affiliates will be notified of any commission reversals.

6.2 Disputes

For any disputes regarding affiliate commissions, please contact support@promoterclub.in. We will investigate and resolve disputes in accordance with our policies.
